Therapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy offer you a safe place to think and talk about your feelings, and provide an opportunity to explore what is holding you back in your life, and what would help you to feel more at peace. Niki’s core model is person-centred, which offers a non-directive, caring and respectful way of working with your innermost feelings.

Coaching may help people with limited time or resources to engage in longer term work, and tends to be more goal specific or performance orientated.
